Over 150 nominations were received in total, with the three shortlisted nominees for each category invited to a glamorous awards ceremony in the Stradey Park Hotel, Llanelli, on Friday 22nd January 2016.

“It’s such an achievement to be a finalist at the awards. It’s a bit of a cliché to say that it’s an honour just to be nominated, let alone to reach the finals, but it’s absolutely true” said Becca Rosenthal, Founder of Rivki Rose Training. “We received a couple of nominations, and that in itself speaks volumes. Rivki Rose Training is a fairly young company at only 18 months old, so to receive this recognition and appreciation of what we’re trying to achieve at such an early stage, is a real testament to everyone involved.

The ceremony was fantastic, it’s not every day that you’re greeted with a red carpet. It was great to meet so many inspirational, dedicated people really driving their businesses forward in spectacular ways.

It was also great to see Kevin Green again and his key note speech was inspiring for everyone who was there.

“A big thank you to everyone who has supported the business to grow, to those who nominated Rivki Rose Training, and of course to the judges on the panel and all at the Llanelli Star and Carmarthen Journal”
